Amplifi, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, ("Amplifi," "we", “us” or "our") provides technology and tools that help social service organizations connect beneficiaries with available resources. This Privacy Policy describes how Amplifi processes personal information that we collect through our digital and online properties or services that link to this Privacy Policy (including as applicable, our website, web application, mobile application, electronic communications, and social media pages) as well as our marketing activities, brick and mortar locations, live events and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service”).

Your access and use of the service may be as a “Public Service Partner,” “User,” “End Beneficiary,” “Donor,” or “Website Visitor.”

• “Public Service Partners” are our current or prospective enterprise partners of one or more of our services.

• “Users” are staff who work at our Public Service Partners and make accounts on our Service.

• “End Beneficiaries” are individuals receiving support, assistance, or other services from our Public Service Partners.

• “Donors” are individuals whose generous contributions help make our mission possible.

• “Website Visitors” are any individuals who visit our website or sign up for our mailing list.

We do not collect any personal information about the End Beneficiaries of our Services, nor do we store any information other than Case Number which directly links collected data to End Beneficiaries The personal information we collect is limited to information about our Users, Donors, and Website Visitors.
