The Navigator reduces staff administrative burden and provides valuable training, and proactive services to help staff work effectively, build client trust and reduce burnout.
75% of user clients identify additional benefits and 44% additional tax credits – together, an average of 54% and $10,000+ annually per household.
Increased earned income! – During the Initial Pilot, because of the Scenario Planner transparency, 43% of Navigator user clients increased their income by an average of 24% (as compared to 16% average decrease in the non-user control group over the same time period). They could see that working more and increasing their income would not create a “benefit cliff.”
