Simple Guided Technical Implementation

We work with your IT team to create simple and secure access to the Benefit Navigator.

Efficient Benefit Navigator Training

We offer in-person or online training that only takes 90 minutes and includes 30 minutes of staff practicing on their regular devices.

Ongoing Proactive Customer Support And Training 

Our customer support team are experienced case managers. They design and lead training, and communicate with you upcoming benefit policy changes and enhancements to the Benefit Navigator.

System Integration 

The Benefit Navigator uses your unique client identification numbers to track clients, making it easy to integrate your client management system with the Navigator.

Continuous User-Infused Product Improvement 

The Benefit Navigator was developed with paid Lived Expertise Advisors and continuously enhanced by a team of those Advisors, Case Managers, clients and the Amplifi technical team. We proactively seek feedback, iterate, test THEN deploy.

Agency Data Dashboards

Client benefit eligibility and applications and income change actions are continuously being measured and updated in our Amplifi Impact Dashboards, which are available to our agency and government department Licensees.
