Amplifi's Founder, Jill Bauman, Honored with Yale SOM's Highest Alumni Award

Updated: Oct 6
We are proud to announce that our Founder and CEO, Jill Govan Bauman, has been named by the Yale School of Management (SOM) a Donaldson Fellow. This is the highest award given by the school to an alum recognizing them as embodying the school mission to educate leaders for business and society.

Bill Donaldson, founding Dean of the Yale School of Management (SOM), believed that lived experience perspective from all three sectors, public, private and nonprofit combined with inclusive and collaborative organizational behavioral management training, and excellent business skills would create Leaders for Business & Society. The Donaldson Fellows, and SOM graduates in general, are a testament to the power of his vision.
Jill's award was presented to her by current Donaldson Fellow, Martine Singer, CEO of Children's Institute. It was part of a Day in Residence with SOM leadership, staff, current Fellows and students.

Jill's remarks began with "I am, of course, incredibly honored to become a Donaldson Fellow, but what I am most proud of is having gone to a business school that would choose to award the kind of work that I do."
